The apartment is exactly as advertised. Spacious, large balcony. The relationship between service and price is completely fine. The parking lot is always in the shade. As an extra service, they have the right to use the washing machine, which we used in agreement with the friendly hostess. The accommodation is quiet and allows for rest. There is no noise after 9-10 pm - ideal for families with children. The air conditioner has been serviced and cools properly. No additional costs had to be paid. She would mention that there are some steps to the beach, but it was a perfect workout for us. Certainly more than a fair price and absolutely worth it.

The apartment is equipped with very old things, but what bothered us the most were the air conditioner, which is very old and full of mold, the night lamp that loses its power supply, so you have to adjust the cabao for it to work at all, the ship's floor on the ceiling. The apartment does not have a TV as stated, but a small monitor. The soap, which was half a bottle, was diluted with water. The dishwashing sponge had already been used a lot. The kitchen has no hood. What was most unacceptable to us, after we went out for just 5 minutes to the nearby store, the owners entered the apartment to turn off the air conditioner, without our knowledge or any warning. We hoped that this was the only time they entered the apartment without our knowledge, while it contains all our personal belongings. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a pleasant and carefree stay.
The apartment is just like in the photo. The fridge cools well, the air conditioning works, the view from the balcony of the sea and the island of Brac. The hosts were very nice and gave us a whole bottle of rakija when we left. It's a 15-minute walk to Baśka Voda and the same time to Kamień Brela. The only minus for me is the stairs to the beach. Showers on the beach are free. I would highly recommend.

I wanted to verify the negative opinion that I read below. I am very pleased with the choice. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The rooms are clean, the walls are perfectly white and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. Bathroom clean and nice. The furniture is in very good condition, the air conditioning works well. The apartment is small, but neat and clean. The apartment has a large terrace with a side view of the sea, which is in the shade for most of the day. As for the parking, it does not differ in any way from other apartments in Brela. In principle, you do not need to move from Brela, because everything is at hand here. We inform the owner of the desire to leave in advance and he already takes care of everything with the car owners. The beach is very close, descent by stairs or around for guests with a pram. The owners are very nice and helpful.

To begin with, I would like to mention that there are 230 steps from the apartment to the beach. Another thing is parking. Arrived at the apartment and the lady says let's park our vehicle behind the vehicles of the other guests. To my question, what if that person we parked has to go out with the car, she answers that she will call us to move her car so that other guests can get out. Unacceptable. Another unacceptable thing is the host's entry into the apartment when we were not there, of course they entered to check if the air conditioner was working because it is a capital offence. The apartment is in the attic and it gets terribly hot inside, so air conditioning is necessary. We left the air conditioner running for 2 hours when we were away and the lady came to warn us that we shouldn't do that, because she entered the apartment when we weren't there to check. The air conditioner itself works poorly, i.e. it takes an hour to lower the temperature by 2-3 degrees. You can also feel the air conditioning because it is too expensive before the season to buy a spray for 10 euros and clean the air conditioning. The balcony door cannot be closed all the way because it is broken, the lady of course asked why it was not closed all the way when she was on patrol in our absence. The bathroom has neither a window nor a fan, but thank God it has a ship's floor on the ceiling, which can be felt by its staleness. The shower cabin leaks on the floor because the seals around the cabin are not good. The wardrobe is a legacy from a bygone era, and the hangers in it are sticky. I couldn't get the glue off my hands or the t-shirt I hung on that hanger. Cutlery is sitting in a drawer that has not been cleaned for a long time. The TV is actually a monitor in the function of a television. Basically, I do not recommend this accommodation, and I can attach pictures as proof of all the above. We decided to leave the apartment early and look for more adequate accommodation. The hosts did not decide to return the money for the days we were not with them, and we paid for the entire planned stay on the first day upon arrival. Error.
We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment and everything was great, the apartment was exactly as in the picture and the hosts are very kind. I have no complaints and we are very satisfied. Brela is a very nice place, neat and clean, the beaches are beautiful and just a few minutes walk to Baska Voda is full of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

All right. Apartment as in the photo. The refrigerator cools well, air conditioning works, hot water all the time. The view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Mrs. Ana, a very nice and warm woman, for a good morning she offered rakija, and on departure she gave the whole bottle. In the corridor there is an ironing board with an iron. The area is very calm in the evening, 15 minutes to Baśka Voda and there is full of life in the evening. I would highly recommend.
