Brela is a small town in Dalmatia, on the western end of Makarska Riviera. It is about 45 kilometers far away from Split, and about 15 from Makarska. Brela is also a district with 2 parts, Gornja (upper) Brela and Donja (lover) Brela.
Total population of district Brela is 1771 inhabitants, and most of them are involved in tourism, as Brela is a strong tourist destination.
