As a rule, when booking an apartment, we agree with our guests the amount and model of advance payment. The amount is usually a little higher than the price of one night, We arrange all this, often individually in interaction with our guests. The time of arrival is usually 12.00 on the day of arrival. The time of stay on the day of departure is until 10.00. However, due to special conditions this season related to the Covidom-19 pandemic, we adjusted the time to check out until 10.00, check in after 14.00 due to disinfection.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationAdvance payment is the best guarantee for us as hosts as well as guests. We make the conditions of the advance payment refund due to force majeure (health problems, unpredictable social situations ... as well as the situation with the corona virus. Very often when these situations occur, we try without additional complications to reach an agreement in good faith with our guests.
