The property is located in the center of Biograd na Moru about a 10-minute walk to the beach head. The property has secured parking. Villa Lara has an outdoor courtyard to accommodate guests, right next to the barbecue (photo showing green and purple outdoor tables for 6 people) as well as a swimming pool. The Lara Studio 1 also has an outside courtyard and a separate entrance to the studio in relation to Villa Lara as well as the Studio Lara 2. Studio Lara 1 and Studio Lara 2 share an outdoor barbecue.
