Apartment house Lucija located in an excellent location in a quiet and peaceful street only 5 min. an easy walk away from the main city beach Dražica, which has been declared the best equipped beach in the Republic of Croatia, as well as all other facilities necessary for a pleasant summer vacation, which Biograd abounds in. There are 4 apartments in the house, all 40m2 in size, and they consist of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine, and an entrance space. Apartments on the 1st floor A-1 and A-2 have large terraces of 30 m2, and those on the 2nd floor A-3 and A-4 have balconies of 12 m2. All apartments are superbly equipped: air conditioning, WiFi, SatTv, beds with memory foam mattresses, kitchens with dishwashers, large refrigerators with freezers, microwaves and coffee/tea makers, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Parking and summer kitchen with a large barbecue in the yard.

Very good apartment with a beautiful terrace. Although not modernly decorated, it is very clean and spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely kind, always ready to help! Private parking is available. She would definitely come back in case of visiting Biograd again! Boris, thank you for an extremely pleasant stay!

One of the best vacations so far, however, I have already visited several places and various apartments. Nicely decorated app and in a very nice location. Close to the beach and suitable for families with young children. Mr. Boris very kind and helpful. There is a lot going on in the place, ringespil and lots of stalls. Provided with hungry stomachs. The parking lot is smaller (2x2 cars in two types), but just on vacation we come to rest and enjoy ourselves, not by car. Drazice Beach is a very nice beach and it has a slide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The apartments are ideally located in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the beach. They are well equipped, neat and clean and the hosts are very accommodating and pleasant.
