The building is located in the first zone (quiet street) only 500 m from the main city beach of Drazica and the same distance from the city center and the bus station. Free use of the swimming pool within the facility for a complete summer holiday experience. The facility offers all guests a parking space, wi-fi, swimming pool, and each apartment is equipped with a separate bathroom, kitchen, balcony, air conditioning and satellite TV.

For reservations in our facility, you need to contact us by email/phone in order to determine a free appointment. After that, you pay an advance of 30% of the total price to our account, and you pay the rest of the amount upon arrival at the facility. Check in is from 14:00 in the afternoon and check out until 9:00 in the morning for all guests of the facility. The building's house rules include silence from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the morning.
Residential tax is included in price.If the current situation caused by the Covid19 virus pandemic prevents your arrival or some other force majeure (death, illness, etc.) we are ready to return your advance payment.
