The apartments are located in the very center of Biograd, a 10-minute walk to the beach. All apartments are air-conditioned. the bus stop is 100m from the apartment, and those who travel that way have everything nearby. they can also leave their things with us until the bus arrives, the same applies to guests arriving by plane. we offer transportation from Zemunik airport and back for a fee. all apartments and studios have a balcony or terrace with chairs and an awning. the house is in three parts and you enter through one entrance with the same yard.

Payment and terms

when making a reservation, the guest sends 30% of the amount to the account or a letter of value to confirm the reservation. Departure must be by 9 and arrival after 12 noon. in case you arrive earlier, you can leave your things in our tavern and go for a walk or on the beach until the apartment is ready. all apartments and studios have air conditioning, as well as a kettle, microwave oven and dishes for cooking. the bed linen is ours and you need to bring your own towels. tourist tax is included in the price, and an extra bed in the studio is €5 if used. Fee for a pet €7 per day. We have private parking and it is free. Welcome to our apartments.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Cancellation policy

Advance payment is a guarantee that the APP is reserved. It is paid to our IBAN account. We return it in case of death or leave it for another term or for another year as we agree.

Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome drink in our tavern, which can also be used for socializing upon request. The terrace with grill is also available for grilling and socializing. Warm hosts!

The apartments are located about 150 m from the nearest beach in a quiet side street of the main street of Biograd with a beautiful courtyard and free parking spaces! You will be warmly welcomed by the family with a welcome drink in their tavern! The very clean and well-kept apartments all have air conditioning and are equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, microwave, etc.)! Good bakeries and a small grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. The daily market just across the street is another highlight. In the evening you are in a few minutes in the center of Biograd with many great restaurants and ice cream parlors. The owners are always on site for questions, concerns and tips! We have been guests of the Pozarina family for many years and feel very comfortable and very welcome! 100% recommendation !!

Great vacation

Great accommodation, in the center, but at the same time close to the sea. Friendly owners, terrace and cool. We didn’t need air conditioning. Mosquito nets on the windows. We have been regular guests for 5 years. We use different apartments. We recommend!

Wonderful

Accommodation here was amazing, we appreciate their hospitality very much. We were staying there with two kids and everyone was treated as a family. Kids were playing with other kids. Property is well fenced so we knew that they could play freely. Great location, no downsides whatsoever. Davor also prepared grilled fish for all guest, that was awesome. We definitely have nice memories of this place and surely is the place that no one should miss.

Hospitality like grandmothers

Marija and Davor were excellent hosts who warmly welcomed us, were very receptive and adaptable to our demands. The apartment was accurately described and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. The location is a suitable starting point for a family vacation in Biograd and its surroundings. At breakfast on the outdoor terrace we came to greet many of the turtle family, which were especially delighted by the youngest. And this year, me and my daughter returned to the apartments Mitja .... Very clean and tidy, which is most important to us. Features is excellent. Perfection without blemish

The apartments come with Mitja their daughter from 2011. G. In 2013 we changed the destination, but we are now back back next year 😀 Simply the best !!!! No apartments where so clear, where the apartami have everything you need, from piosuda to bed linen, parking. The hosts are really the hosts, open-hearted, friendly and smiling. Simply NREM chances that it lacks. For them every time we feel welcome throughout the whole stay. Everything is close to us; shops, post office, bus, waterfront, beach, market, shopping center. Super carried holidays

For two years we come to Apartments Mitja and are delighted. The owners are very friendly and druzeljubljiv. There were no unsolvable problems because everything was more than fine. The sea is there, the center of the availability of all events. Similarly, the parking lots are, Locals have hosted us during our stay and really surprised us. Also we welcome were honored aperitif and refreshments. We do not have words to describe it all, but just continue to come and enjoy the beauty of Biograd, beaches and spending time with our hosts. That's why we in this summer already booked our two weeks for a family in a pleasant atmosphere, as does our favorite bear enjoys with us.
