Funtana has a large number of beautiful beaches scattered around the bays of this picturesque part of the western Istrian coast. A bit further up to north of Limski Channel, there is Bijela uvala (White Cove), which is famous for its camp and beach. One cove and several worlds connected to the amazing coastal line that separates the sea from the land and connects people from all over the world. Pebbles, rocks and tiled sections are combined here in a clean and substantial whole, which makes Bijela uvala Beach proudly blowing its Blue Flag. The beach is framed by green grassy surfaces and lightly shaded pine trees, with the small pebble bays cutting flat planks lurking under the smiling summer sky. There are a number of restaurants and bars along the beach, offering a break from enjoying sea pleasures, and if the sea is too salted for you, there are also three pools in the camp within. Part of the coast is reserved for naturists, and there are also sports facilities nearby for a more active beach time. If you have rented a family accommodation in Funtana and spending a summer holiday with children, you can find complete relaxation in the Bijela uvala - all the bathers are watched by the rescuers until the end of September, but nothing can save you from the full enjoyment of the magic of the summer and the beautiful Funtana coast.
