Fully furnished apartments in a large and beautiful building in a quiet part of Baska Voda, 7-8 min. away from the center and the beach. All apartments and studios have balconies / terraces overlooking the sea and islands. We have a sufficient number of free parking spaces for all our guests.
Accommodation units
The advance payment is 15% of the total amount that the guest will pay to our account, the rest of the amount the guest will pay after being accommodated in the apartment. Check in from 1 p.m. Check out by 10 p.m.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationWe have adjusted our cancellation policy to the COVID-19 situation, so you can cancel your reservation up to 10 days before your arrival with 100% advance payment. If you cancel within the 10-day deadline, we will keep the deposit in full. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the pandemic.

The apartment has everything you need, a very nice bathroom and clean rooms. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back one day.

We were in the apartment at the beginning of September. The location is very nice, actually in the middle of the town, so relatively close to everything. Very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. A bit noisy due to the road above and the daily visits of the garbage truck, but that's the charm of the place. Very nice host, contact preferably in English. I recommend this place.

A beautiful, quiet place to spend your vacation. Large, spacious clean rooms with full equipment. The host and his family are very nice and friendly, and most of all helpful. When our car broke down, the host brought a mechanic, and took his daughter and granddaughter to the airport, almost 200 kilometers away. A beautiful place for a quiet holiday. Hosts very nice and obliging. Already, they hosted us four times and we are happy to always go back there. This year, in July, we have already planned our holiday there. The friends we recommended this place also came back to this house several times. The hosts take care of the order, the apartments are very clean. Also, there is no problem with parking, it is enough for all guests. With a clear conscience I recommend this house and those hosts.
