Villa Perosa is a holiday house built in a rustic style in 2022, with a heated and covered swimming pool, located in the tourist resort of Zaton, Nin, on a fenced plot of 9000 m2, surrounded by 150 olive trees and nature. Our vacation home is designed to consist of two apartments, the main apartment consisting of an entrance hall, bathroom, living room and dining room with kitchen. The internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are: a master bedroom with a bathroom and access to the terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second smaller apartment, which is accessed via external stairs and a veranda, consists of a living room, a kitchen, a corridor leading to the bedroom and a bathroom. All spaces are heated and air-conditioned. Living rooms and bedrooms have televisions with satellite programs and Internet. The entire holiday home is covered by wireless 5G internet. The house is rented as a single unit. Our swimming pool with heating and mobile cover enables use throughout the year as well as safety for children.
