Payment and terms
A 40% advance payment is payable when booking. 60% is paid the day before arrival. Payment is made through the owner. Arrival at the Villa at 4:00 p.m., departure from the Villa at 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy
The advance payment is returned if the appointment is canceled 30 days before arrival. If canceled within 30 days, the advance payment is not returned. You can only change the appointment if it is free. The advance payment is returned in full in case of death, serious illness.
