Holiday house located in a quiet place, in nature, beautiful landscape, 150 meters away from the sea. There are several beaches, no crowds, in a pine forest or optionally along the coast, all in the vicinity of the house. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, TV-SAT, internet, air conditioning, private parking, barbecue, balconies and terrace off the kitchen. In the house are available for kitchen, living room and dining room, four bedrooms (two beds in each room and two extra beds), two bathrooms and two toilets, washing machine and the possibility to use the basement. Three large shops, butchers, bakers, post office, market, restaurants and medical clinic are located about 800 meters from the house and are located in the center of Ugljan. City Across the ferry port from which depart and arrive lines connect the island with the mainland, which is well-known historical, cultural, university, city. The ferry ride from the center of Zadar lasts about 25 minutes. The ferry runs every 45 minutes (note: there are no large crowds).

Note: stay in our house, we recommend young families with small children, and families who want to relax in a quiet environment.
