A large covered terrace with a table and garden furniture with a wonderful view, chirping birds and a large barbecue in the extension. Parking for two cars and wi-fi is included in the rental price. In the summer months, you can also use a jacuzzi and an additional set for sunbathing. The rental date can be reserved no later than 5 days before arrival, and for earlier reservations, cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. When booking an appointment, you pay 30% in advance, and 14 days before arrival, the rest of the amount and a deposit of 150 euros to our account. If you book an appointment 5 days before arrival, you pay the entire rent and deposit. As a rule, entry into the house is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m., but an extension is possible depending on availability. The residence tax is included in the rental price.
