The house is located in the quiet village of Ljubitovica, 20 km from the UNESCO city of Trogir and 18 km from the first beach. If you want to enjoy surrounded by nature and in privacy, our house is ideal for you. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, connected by an external staircase. On the ground floor (courtyard) there is a heated swimming pool, an outdoor grill, one toilet with a shower and in the inner part a kitchen (dishes, fridge, dishwasher, oven) with an air-conditioned living room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Each room is air-conditioned and has a smart TV. The rooms have double beds and one extra bed for one person is available (in each room). Upon request, at no additional charge, it is possible to provide guests with a travel cot. Between the bedrooms there is a toilet with a shower and a washing machine (towels provided). There is a large terrace in front of the room. Parking is provided as well as outdoor summer furniture for resting and dining (covered part of the yard).

The down payment is 30% of the total amount. After receiving the advance payment, we send the reservation confirmation. The rest is paid upon arrival. Given that the guests have complete privacy and the landlord does not live nearby, it would be nice to know the approximate time of arrival and departure.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance is non-refundable and serves as an assurance to the guests that the desired date will be secured for them, i.e. as an assurance to the landlord that the guests will actually come.
