Villa can accommodate up to 15 people. Villa Martinis consists of four separate apartments and a private swimming pool. The first apartment (55 m2) consists of a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), and a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out bed in the sitting room area. The second apartment (60 m2) has a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 m2) and a double bedroom (30 m2) in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 m2) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area. The third apartment (40 m2) is a studio apartment that comprises a double bedroom, a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a shower. There is also a single folding bed. The fourth apartment (100 m2), which stretches over two floors, has a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. The security deposit is refundable on guest departure if the property was not damaged in any way. FINAL CLEANING final cleaning is charged 300 euros upon the guest's arrival at the villa.
Residential tax is included in price.The owner will refund the entire amount paid to the guest if the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the guest's arrival: - due to the complete closure of borders in Croatia or in the country from which the guest comes
