Villa Marijana is a beautiful ground floor holiday home located in the hinterland of Rijeka, in a quiet location near the beautiful tourist towns of Opatija and Crikvenica. Villa Marijana is a house with a spacious and warm pool of 30m2, comfortable, capacity for 7 persons and total living area of 220 m2. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a large covered terrace (with a grill), a beautiful view of the pool, and a beautiful flower garden and surrounding nature. The entire area on the terrace is very intimate and comfortable. In the semi-detached house there are three bedrooms (with balcony), bathroom and one additional room. The house also has a large garage as well as a covered outdoor parking space. In romantic summer evenings you can enjoy a rich gastronomic offer, various sights, rich events and concerts. Our guests are happy to go back and come back because they are confident that their vacation will be spent in comfort, the beauty of nature and peace.

We reserve the initial reservation 7 days to deposit 15% of the total amount Deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival date. Upon arrival, a 200 euro deposit is required, which will be refunded to guests on the day of departure, if the rented property is left in the same condition as it was found. On Saturday. On the day of arrival in the villa it is possible to enter from 16 hours onwards, unless otherwise agreed. On the day of departure the villa must leave for up to 10 hours, unless otherwise agreed . Rates include bed linen and towels (bed linen is changed once a week). Cleaning and operation of the air conditioner is included in the price. Domestic violins are not allowed!

The area in which the house is located offers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities such as horseback riding, paragliding in Tribalj, water skiing on the island of Krk, cycling and hiking. Nearby is the town of Rijeka with its rich cultural heritage. Trsat is the old part of the city, where there is a famous sanctuary of the Holy Lady, and a great Frankopan castle with a view of the entire town of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay with the islands. There are many restaurants in Rijeka and its surroundings with traditional specialties of Mediterranean cuisine. In Kvarner there are renowned beaches known for its pearly clean sea, pristine nature and beautiful islands (Krk, Cres, Losinj, Rab, Pag).
