Payment and terms
Follow the following payment and check-in/check-out rules for your reservation: 1. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid. This payment must be transferred to the specified bank account. 2. You pay the remaining amount, together with the residence tax for the duration of your stay, upon registration. 3. Registration time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible upon request. 4. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. 5. A €200 cleaning fee will apply. 6. A deposit in the amount of €300 is required in case of damage. It is preferred that this deposit be paid via PayPal to facilitate refund processing.
Residential tax is not included in price.
