A cozy and fully equipped villa with a swimming pool in Mandre, island of Pag, 70km from Zadar. It is 120m from the town center. In front of the villa is a beautiful long beach of fine pebbles, along which a promenade stretches. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. All terraces of the villa offer an irresistible view of the crystal clear sea and islands. In the courtyard there is an indoor, heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming and massage, an outdoor shower and a sunbathing area with a view of the sea, and a relaxation area in the shade of pine trees. The villa has three floors (ground floor, first floor and attic), can accommodate 12 people. On each floor there is one residential unit with its own entrance, SAT/TV, air conditioning. Each unit has a kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace with a sea view. The unit on the ground floor has two bedrooms (4 people), a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and another bedroom with its own bathroom (6 people). In the attic there is one bedroom (2 people) and a bathroom.

When making a reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 25 to 30% of the total amount is paid through the bank, and the rest is paid on the day of arrival in cash. Arrival time (check-in) is from 16:00. The time of departure (check-out) is until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price. Reservations in season from Saturday to Saturday (longer stays of 12 days by agreement). Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit of 700 euros is paid, which is returned on the day of departure from the villa if there was no damage to the accommodation. The villa is rented as one unit with the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Youth groups are not allowed.

We were 10 adults and 2 teenagers and I have to say, everything was perfect. Megaaa Clean and exactly like the pictures. We would come again in a heartbeat ... thanks for the great vacation.
