This 230 m2 villa is newly built and offers access to a balcony, free private parking, free WiFi and a 300 m2 yard. The spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a summer terrace overlooking the pool. We also offer an outdoor grill for unforgettable meals and socializing in the fresh air. This luxury villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

Payment and terms
When making a reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount is paid through the bank, and the rest is paid in cash on the day of arrival. The time of arrival (check-in) is from 4:00 p.m., and the time of departure (check-out) is until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price. The minimum reservation is 5 days (longer stays by agreement). Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit of 350 euros is paid, which is returned on the day of departure from the villa if there was no damage to the furniture.
