Payment and terms

An advance payment of EUR 300 is payable for the final reservation. The rest of the bill will be paid upon arrival in Euro. Arrival after 12 o'clock, departure until 9 o'clock. Arrival and departure times can be changed at the request of the guest and with the consent of the host. Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Parties and events are not allowed. This property will not accept girls ', boys' or similar parties. Pets are allowed on request. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, Uzanse will be applied in tourism and catering. If the canceled term is filled by other guests, the advance payment will be fully refunded to the guests. The guest can transfer the advance payment for the next year as well
