The house is located by the sea in the small bay of Makarac, not far from Milna on Brač. It offers a perfect holiday in peace and quiet, without crowds and noise. The house has two bedrooms with two beds each, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. On the ground floor and on the first floor there are large covered terraces. Next to the house there is a summer kitchen with a fireplace and an outdoor toilet. In front there is a covered terrace with a stone table, and in front of the sea there is a wooden sun terrace with a swing and a solar shower. A few stone steps lead to the small beach, and there is a buoy in the sea for mooring boats. Next to the house there is a landscaped garden and a large parking lot with a "green cover". Rocky beach Use of the fireplace is included in the price. In front of the beach, owners of smaller boats can tie you up to a prepared buoy. We emphasize that in case of bad weather (especially the Tramontana wind) they move the boat to a safe berth in the marina.
