The house stands by the sea in the small bay of Makarac not far from Milna on Brač. It offers a perfect vacation in peace without crowds and noise. The house has two rooms with two beds each, living room, kitchen and toilet. There are large covered terraces on the ground floor and first floor. Next to the house is a summer kitchen with a fireplace and an outdoor toilet. In front is a covered terrace with a stone table, facing the sea is a wooden sunbathing terrace with a swing and a solar shower. A pair of stone steps lead to the small beach, in the sea there is a buoy for mooring the boat. Next to the house is a landscaped garden and a large parking lot with a "green cover". We rent the house in three periods of 14 days each, from 01.07 to 15.07 15.07 to 29.07 12.08. until 26.08 Pets are not allowed!

Payment and terms

Payment: EUR 1000 upon reservation by bank transfer, the rest upon collection of the key. We ask guests to arrive as soon as possible after 16:00 in the afternoon, and when leaving no later than 10:00 in the morning.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

When canceling a reservation up to 60 days before the appointment, we keep a 100 Eur advance payment, after that we do not return the advance payment.

Use of the fireplace included in the price. In front of the beach, owners of smaller boats can tie you to a prepared buoy. Emphasized that in case of bad weather (especially tramontana wind), the boat should be moved to a safe mooring in the marina.
