Each bedroom in the villa has its own fully equipped bathroom, so all guests have their own private space and comfort. The couch in the living room is foldable and can be turned into a double bed. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, stove, electric tea kettle, toaster and full cutlery. Hang out with friends on the front porch surrounded by trees and in front of the pool or in the living room. We have wireless internet if you need a break from adventuring around the Istrian countryside and a TV in every bedroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. One of the key advantages of the villa is that it is located in a small and quiet Istrian village far from the busy west coast of Istria, yet it is only 15 minutes by car from the sea and many unexplored beaches south of the resort of Rabac.

Rocky beach You can find the exact location of the villa on google maps. It has a private access, flows along the neighbor's vineyard. The villa includes three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom (the one on the ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities), and a living room with a kitchen. Outside there is a parking lot that can accommodate three vehicles, as well as a large porch in front of the pool. The villa has recently been completely renovated - we plan to add rooftop solar panels in the near future!
