Payment and terms

Advance payment 20% of the total reservation. Arrival time 14:00h Departure time 10:00h It is not allowed to organize events. Time when there must be silence 00:00h - 07:00h

Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date, a full refund is paid if canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and at least 14 days before the start date. After that, a refund of 50% of the amount is paid up to 7 days before the start of the reservation. After that, there are no refunds.
