Our modern interior can accommodate 8 guests and has a great room with a pool table, darts, table football and table tennis. Step into the refined interior of our villa, which comfortably accommodates 8 people in 4 elegantly decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while one offers two comfortable single beds. The heart of the villa is a spacious and comfortable open-plan living room, which seamlessly blends with the inviting dining room and modern kitchen. A spacious, fenced garden with an inviting pool is surrounded by enchanting flowers, Mediterranean herbs and fruit trees, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor relaxation, swimming, dining and games.

Payment and terms

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total rental price. The rest of the money is paid on the first day upon arrival. The security deposit is 400 euros and is returned on the last day of departure. Arrival time is from 15:00, and departure time is until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

If it is necessary to cancel the reservation by the guest, the appointment is again made available for a new reservation, and when it is filled, the entire advance payment is returned to the guest.
