On the ground floor there is a studio apartment consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom and a room with a double bed, there is also an extra bed in the living room. On the first floor there is a large apartment consisting of a kitchen, a living room, a balcony with garden furniture ideal for morning coffee, two rooms with a double bed and one room with two separate beds that can be connected if necessary. This apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is part of the room and one toilet. On the second floor of the building, there is a large terrace with a view of the entire place and a hydromassage tub for 5 people, deckchairs for sunbathing, barbecue, summer kitchen and table and chairs. There is also a smaller covered facility outside with a barbecue and a table and benches.

Payment and terms

The price is shown per night for the entire facility. Please pay a deposit of 30% in advance to the bank account when booking, and the rest of the total price when you arrive at the apartment. For the period of May, June, September and October, the minimum number of nights is 5 nights. For the period of July and August, the minimum number of nights is 7 nights. For 14 or more nights, a 10% discount on the listed price list. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. Please send all inquiries in writing (by sending inquiries via a web form, by email or messages via the WhatsApp or Viber application)
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Guests are required to pay a 30% deposit to reserve accommodation. The deposit is non-refundable. The advance payment is made to the giro account of the owner of the facility, which will be listed on the advance payment invoice. Only people who have applied for a stay can stay in the facility, and it is not allowed to bring additional people for private gatherings.
