Not far from Zagreb, only 44 km away and 350 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Japetić Mountains, the wooden house Wellspring is located in Sveta Jana (Gorica Svetojanska). Part of the plot (of a total of 2,700 m2) is included in the protected area of the Žumberak Nature Park and as such is an especially inspiring place for vacation. There are several natural sources of drinking water in the village itself, and the first larger village of Jastrebarski is 9 km away. The wooden house Wellspring consists of two floors with free wi-fi. On the lower floor there is an open living area with a fireplace, a well-equipped dining room and kitchen, one bedroom, a spa area with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and space on the gallery for resting/reading. In addition to the fireplace, there was also central heating for the cold winter months, as well as underfloor heating in the spa area. The covered terrace with a view to the south is 40 m2 and a heated swimming pool with a sunbed, shower and sunbeds.
