The spacious holiday home will provide complete enjoyment and relaxation for 12 people. A spacious garden with a heated 7x4 meter swimming pool that contains water and air massage, fun and relaxation. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with an outdoor barbecue. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms with smart TVs, and balconies with a view of the pool and Biokovo mountain. There is a trampoline for the youngest, an indoor barbecue, 5 parking spaces and a large terrace. The special feature of this property is the fact that the house is located in a secluded area, so you can be sure that you will enjoy complete privacy. The position of the house is excellent because it is a 25-minute drive to the Adriatic Sea, a 10-minute drive to shops, cafes and restaurants. The cities of Makarska, Imotski, Split, Omiš, Međugorje, Makarska and other attractive locations are less than a 20-minute to 1-hour drive from us. The entrance to the highway is 9 km away.

You leave a damage deposit upon arrival and it amounts to 300 EUR. We return the deposit in full if there is no damage.
Residential tax is included in price.For reservations with the right to cancel, we do not give an additional discount (except for the length of stay). In case of cancellation 30 or more days before the reservation, we will refund the entire advance payment. In case of cancellation 30-15 days before the reservation, we will refund 50% of the advance payment. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the reservation, we will not refund the advance payment. For reservations without the right to cancel, we give a 10% discount (not valid for reservations made 30 or less days before the reservation begins).
