Sleme Skradsko is a small place with a few houses and one inhabitant. The house is surrounded by a large orchard, and contains a garden with seasonal vegetables. An ideal place for a family vacation from everyday obligations or bring friends and enjoy the beautiful space. The house is located in a small place where peace and quiet reign. We are 45 minutes away from the sea by car. During the day you swim in the sea, and at night you sleep in the mountains in the fresh air. Next to the house there is a slope suitable for sledding in the winter months. Behind the house there is a garden gazebo with a fireplace and barbecue accessories (wood, coal). The building consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room, corridor, balcony and terrace, and installed central heating. Next to the house there is a smaller facility for socializing, which contains a fireplace, barbecue equipment, oven, skewer, kettle. Large landscaped garden of 3800 m2. In the summer months, the temperature is comfortable for sleeping, and there is also free air conditioning if needed. In the winter months, the facility is equipped with oil-fired central heating controlled from the bed. Wood stove with glass door for a complete atmosphere.
