Our property, which covers 10 hectares, is located 15 km north of Osijek, at the entrance to the village of Čeminac. Villa Stipino on 3 floors with swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area is located in the middle of an apple orchard next to a lake and a large gazebo for up to 60 people. The nearest neighbors are almost a kilometer away, so this is a great place for parties and vacations. We have 5 rooms with two beds and 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa in the living room. All rooms have TV, netflix, air conditioners, blinds, mosquito nets, wardrobes and lamps. There are 4 bathrooms in the Villa, and in the living room you have a computer, a fireplace, a large TV with all programs, a playstation and a small kitchenette. On the ground floor there is a common room with tables and a kitchen where you have everything you need: ice machine, coffee machine, fireplace, refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle.

The reservation is paid 30% of the total amount, and the rest must be visible on the account on the last working day before your arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and checkout is until 10:00 a.m.

Villa Stipino is located on an estate where agricultural activities are carried out, so you are not always 100% alone. By renting a house, you are not renting a gazebo and if we are doing something, we certainly do not come to the house and do not disturb your peace. In addition to the rental offer, we have our own cookbook, so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared every day. And other needs of massage, yoga, pilates and similar things can be arranged with external collaborators. We also offer our own homemade products in the form of salads, ajars, jams, juices and the like.

The house is located in a beautiful secluded place where you don't have to worry about disturbing others, which makes it ideal for parties, and at the same time it provides you with everything you need (it includes a pool and a jacuzzi). The owners are accommodating and friendly and they care that you feel comfortable. The house is spacious, clean and tidy. Nearby there is a gazebo (visible in the photos) and a beautiful lake.

We had a wonderful vacation and there was no one around to bother them when we listened to loud music or when we wanted to be in silence! The atmosphere in the orchard is resolute, the swimming pool for refreshment, and the cook top! Everything we ate was great!
