It is located 10 m from the sea in the bay. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. The bay is full of greenery, it is tucked away, you will feel separated from the world, overwhelmed by peace and beauty. There are only a few other houses in the bay. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a balcony with a beautiful view and an outdoor terrace with a grill. Figuratively speaking, water on the island is gold, so it must be used rationally. The water comes from natural springs, rainwater. The water is not for drinking, it can be used for showering and washing. Top restaurants, ACI Marina and a market are located in the neighboring bay. It is about a 20-minute walk along the rocks to it, or if you rent a boat from one of the rental boats in the departure port, then your options are unlimited. You are literally located at the entrance to the Kornati National Park. It is best to buy groceries and drinking water at the port of departure.

Accommodation can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday, due to the organization of cleaning and transfer. To reserve accommodation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. After visible payment, your appointment is booked. The ideal day of arrival and departure is Sunday. If we are providing you with a transfer, the departure port is Murter, departing no later than 9 am, departure from Žuta no later than 2 pm. Due to the change of guests on the same day, it is necessary to wait 2-3 hours for the accommodation to be cleaned. You can use this time to walk around the island or swim and sunbathe.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationIf for some reason you wish to cancel your accommodation, we will refund the full amount only if you cancel at least 3 months before your arrival date. In all other cases, we do not refund the advance payment.

The mooring for the boat on the island of Žut is also provided, it is located on the waterfront, 10 m from the house. If you are not able to come by your own or rented boat, we offer you the possibility of a transfer, which is paid for €250 in both directions. Supplement for a pet is €10 per night.
