The newly built holiday house "Levina" is located in an oasis of greenery and peace, a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment. It is decorated in a country style. It is located 10 m from the sea in the bay. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. The bay is full of greenery, it is secluded, you will feel separated from the world, surrounded by peace and beauty. There are only a few more houses in the bay. Objet has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a balcony with a beautiful view and an outdoor terrace with a grill. Figuratively speaking, water is gold on the island, so it must be used rationally. Water comes from natural sources, rain water. The water is not for drinking, it can be used for showering and washing. Top restaurants, ACI Marina and market are located in the neighboring bay. It is a 20-minute walk along the rocks, or if you rent a boat from one of the boat rentals in the port of departure, your options are unlimited. You are located literally at the entrance to the Kornati National Park. Groceries and drinking water are best bought at the port of departure.

Payment and terms

To reserve accommodation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount. After visible payment, your appointment is reserved. The ideal time of arrival and departure is Sunday. If we arrange a transfer for you, the departure port is Murter, it departs no later than 9 a.m., departure from Žut no later than 2 p.m. Due to the change of guests on the same day, it is necessary to wait 2-3 hours for the cleaning of the accommodation. You can use that time to walk around the island or swim and sunbathe.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

If for some reason you want to cancel the accommodation, we will refund the full amount only if you cancel at least 3 months before the arrival date. In all other cases, we do not refund the advance payment.

The welcome drink is included in the price. Car parking is provided if your port of departure is Murter. The mooring for the boat on the island of Žut is also provided, it is located on the waterfront, 10 m from the house. If you are not able to come by your own or rented boat, we offer you the possibility of a transfer, which is paid for €250 in both directions. Supplement for a pet is €6 per night.
