The special meaning and specificity of the accommodation is given by its exceptional location and position next to the beach itself and a safe harbor for the boat. The house is 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. The house is completely energy independent with the help of solar energy and is equipped with all devices (air con, wifi, washing machine, TV...). The access road to the house is privately owned - an entrance ramp 150 meters from the house, which allows complete discretion and a peaceful stay. Right next to the house is a parking lot for several cars. The accommodation does not offer care for pets.
