Oliversum is an old family olive grove with an old house and a tavern located by the sea on a fenced plot of 2,700 square meters. The house is renovated and equipped for a pleasant stay. The tavern has a fireplace with a grill, an icebox and an additional refrigerator. The apartment has one bedroom and a living room. The space is comfortable for a stay of 4 people, but the emphasis is definitely on staying on the terraces and enjoying the open space, which offers the most important thing - privacy and peace. Staying in Oliversum is especially pleasant in spring and summer, when most of the time is spent outside. The Rivanj channel is characterized by a clear sea rich in fish. Depending on your wishes, during the day you can enjoy sunbathing or enjoying the natural shade, with a good book and the sounds of nature, the sound of the sea, the chirping of birds and the song of crickets. The nights are pleasantly refreshing, and the view of the starry sky leaves you breathless.

A 30% advance payment is required for booking. The cleaning fee is €25. We do not charge extra for your pet, but we assume responsible behavior of its owner. There is a daily catamaran line from Zadar to Rivanj from the city port according to the sailing schedule (at 15:00 or 16:30, on Sunday mornings at 8:15), and the ferry departs from the port of Gaženica every day at 11:00 or 12:00. The return to Zadar is by ferry in the evening, and by catamaran line earlier in the morning, and on Sunday evenings.

Rocky beach In Oliversum, we respect nature and its limited resources, behaving accordingly, which means that we are rational with water consumption because we have as much as nature gives us. Oliversum presents us with local olive oil, Mediterranean herbs and seasonal fruits. If you prefer a more active vacation and want to discover the beauty of the Zadar archipelago or the sea, we offer you the possibility of renting an attractive speedboat (a license is required for the boat operator). Since there is no store, restaurant or coffee bar on the island, the speedboat allows you to take daily trips, stock up on groceries or just have fun. If you are coming by plane, we are free to offer you a transfer from the airport by car, and by speedboat to the island, all by agreement.
Practical info: The whole house was very very very clean. The owners of house are very nice, helpful people, thay give you all informations you need. In the house there is everything what you need. The kitchen is full with everything you need: the breadmaker, mixer, knife charpener, fridge with freezer, electric cettle, cooker, oven. The kitchen is new and so beautiful and practical. The living room with television, dvd player, hifi tower, fan, guitar - everything you can use and enjoy. The beds have a high quality mattress, good if you have problems with back. The garden is so beautiful with many levandulas, butterflyes, flowers, olive trees, herbs which you can use for cooking. It gives you maximum private. We had a car with us in the garden, there is a road and place for it. The telephone and internet signal is in great quality. There is a great small building - called \"Konoba\" there is fantastic gril which you can use. On the terase , there are two relax zones- one is lying , second sitting zone, in reality, all the wacations we spend out - in these relax zones Emotional info: This Oliversum is, a heaven of peace. The privacy that if offers, is so hight quality. In the night there is no light smog. The place is so quiet, ideal for relax out of people and society. If you need some society or food to buy, there is everyday possibility to use boats - jadrolinia, to go to Zadar. The owners are so kind, nice, open hearted people, they helps you if you need, they are interested if everything is allright. We don´t see the negatives, in that beautiful place.

I like to say to myself that I am a professional "meraklije" , because when I choose the location for the sea, I choose the first row to the sea and, in short, the islands and the peace they offer. Rivanj, and the position of Oliversa is the best so far, I've never seen such peace anywhere. When you sit on the terrace of the Olivers, the same second you turn off the rest of the galaxy :) Owners are wonderful people, and after we have decided to love the same and similar things, we spent some time together in pleasant conversations about music, comics, movies ... and all this with some fine beer, and absorbing the atmosphere of the island. I spent a few days in the Oliversum in September, just waiting for the first fall of autumn and it was wonderful. I want to come back here again, and again, and again ...

In short, land connection with the land is good, neatness and cleanliness of the facility and its surroundings is excellent. Apartment amenities: there is everything you may need. The house and the environment are completely different from that of an apartment where I have been. The owners have made the apartment a love for themselves, their souls and now they share it with the guests. Climate: it is not necessary because as soon as the sun goes down, the long sleeve is worn. At night you cover with blankets, sleep and not hot, I've never experienced it in Croatia in the summer. Fact 3 – Due to my stay, I have had the best mind rest which I had in a decade. Fact 4 – During your stay there, possibly you will not see any other tourist.
