New fishing holiday house on the island of Murter. The house is located a few minutes walk to the beach Pod Vrške and Luka beach. Slanica beach is 10 min. walk away from the house. The cottage consists of two bedrooms. One double room with a bed 160 x 200, and a smaller room with a bed 80x200 that can be stretched up to 160x200 for two adults or two children. Two bathrooms, one with a sink, toilet and washing machine. And the other bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower 90 x 120. Living room with corner sofa. Dining room with table for 4 people (if necessary, we also have a chair for a small child). The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and dolche gusto. Private parking in front of the apartment with disabled access. On the terrace of 60 m2 there is a grill. Next to the houses is a private children's playground with a trampoline, a pirate ship with sand, a children's kitchen, swings, a climbing rope, hammocks and a basketball hoop.
