The electricity in the house is 220 V and is obtained using solar panels. The shower is outside the house. The house is equipped with TV, satellite receiver, free wifi internet. The house has a barbecue, space with sun loungers. It has its own waterfront and beach. Parking is provided and included in the price. Transfer to the house and back is provided by boat by the homeowner, and is included in the price. It is possible to rent a boat. The price is 25 € a day. Pets are allowed and are charged 6 € per day.
