Green House is a self-sustaining house surrounded by an olive grove. It is 1 km from the village of Dograde, while it is 5 km from the center of the village of Marina, where there are beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, a market, etc. The house has its own well with water, is powered by solar panels and has a 220 V installation that provides all the amenities of a city (internet, Smart TV, Netflix, dishwasher). A solar water heater heats the water, and sunbathers can enjoy the deck chairs in front of the house and cool off with a shower in the yard. For heating during colder days, there is a wood-burning stove. You have a terrace with a large table, benches and chairs, a barbecue and a garden with unsprayed seasonal vegetables that you can freely consume (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.). The facility is powered by solar panels and uses rainwater from a well as a water source. Please save water and do not leave electrical appliances on. We recommend that you use the dishwasher during the day (from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), when the solar panels charge the batteries the most and provide electricity for such larger consumers. Payment of 20% must be made during the reservation, by payment to the account, PayPal or Revolut, and the rest upon arrival at the facility.
