The house is located on the south side of the island of Pasman in a quiet place by the sea. The cottage is a mobile home with a wooden terrace and sea views. In the yard there is a shower, barbecue and parking space. Electricity is obtained from solar energy - a limited number of devices. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a separate electric freezer. The gas stove has 4 hotplates. Near the house is the Kornati National Park.
