In front of the house is a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. It is located in a secluded place 10 m from the sea, you have your own beach and mooring for your boat. The distance to the ŽUT marina is approx. 30 minutes by small boat, where there is a market and a restaurant. Electricity in the house is solar 220V. There is no public transport, the departure is from Murter, the transfer is included in the price of the house. Parking for your car is provided with us and is included in the price.
