The house can not be reached by car, but only by boat (there is a bond), and if you do not have your boat, the owners of the building offer a rental service (price on request). The house is located 3.5 nm from the town of Cres and 1.8 nm from the nearest point of introduction to the town (where there is the nearest grocery store). The house can accommodate 4 persons. On the ground floor is a living room with kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs bedroom with two double beds. The house has a large terrace with barbecue. The house is connected to the public water supply (drinking water), and the power adapter is used solar energy.
