It is located on the first floor of a century-old building that was once a school. The building has been comprehensively renovated to provide guests with a pleasant stay. During the renovation, part of the retro furniture was retained, which evokes the original Mediterranean atmosphere. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a bathroom. At the back of the building there is a terrace with a part in the shade, which is ideal for spending the afternoon. Welcome to the old school!

Payment: 30% advance payment within 7 days of booking confirmation, 70% balance based on advance invoice or cash upon arrival. Discounts: 10% for each additional week of stay in the apartment. 10% on "EARLY BOOKING" achieved until December 31, 2024. 5% on "REPEAT" guest. The maximum total discount is 15%. Accommodation. is not charged for children under 2 years old. Tourist tax is included in the price. The lessor is not subject to the payment of VAT according to the provisions of Article 22 of the Law on VAT. Entrance to the Apartment is from 4 p.m., exit from the Apartment is until 10 a.m.
