We are about 200 m away from the center of town (shops, cafes, restaurants and the local beach). Located on a spacious estate (about 1600 m2). Secured parking. In front of the house is a landscaped lawn with a gazebo. The gazebo is equipped with: grill, 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, sink, cooking and dining equipment, table and benches. The gazebo is free for guests to use by agreement with the host. Everything is facing the sea. Concrete beach The house offers free parking on the property, as well as free use of the gazebo with all its facilities. Each apartment has free use of two beach chairs, as well as a shower on the beach in front of the house. The island is full of greenery, pines and Mediterranean vegetation with many medicinal plants. You can get local products, vegetables and olive oil from island farmers. Also souvenirs from Mediterranean herbs. The entire island has off-road trails suitable for cycling, and partly for driving by car. The trails offer beautiful panoramic views of the Pašman Channel with numerous islets and the Kornati National Park on the other side. On the Čokovac hill is a Benedictine monastery that has been there for a thousand years. Above Banj is the Bokolj hill (about 40 minutes on foot) with a small chapel at the very top and a panoramic view of the Kornati Islands and the Pašaman Channel. You can go on a trip to the ancient city of Zadar, the Kornati National Park, Paklenica or Krka. In addition, the island of Pašman offers peace and relaxation.
