The building with its own driveway consists of two units, two apartments of 60 m2 each (ground floor and first floor) with covered terraces of 14 m2 each. Parking is provided in the yard, as well as the use of a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The beach is paved/pebble, with a sandy bottom, and sun protection is easily found in the pine forest.
