An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The advance payment is paid 30% to the bank account and the rest directly on the day of arrival. Payment is in cash. Arrival time to the apartment is after 14.00 and time of leaving the apartment is until 09.00. In case the guest cancels the reservation for any reason, we are not obliged to return the advance payment already paid.
