I have been looking for a suitable apartment for a long time based on reviews. Apartments Martina seemed promising because every announcement for cleanliness was very positive. I emphasized that when making the reservation. In short, I was greeted by an extremely clean and fragrant apartment. Bed linen and towels too. The apartment itself, the hosts, the view from the balcony, the botanical garden, the proximity to the beach and the amenities = pure 10!!!! Apartments Martina are the best apartments we have stayed in in the last 15 years. All of the above is one hundred percent correct. Everything perfectly clean, fragrant. A beautiful garden, the owners are wonderful people and always friendly. Price-quality ratio 100%. Renata and Elvis should be an example to all Croatian renters. A wonderful quiet place, just the right vacation. We were at the end of September, so that's probably the reason. The apartments are in a wonderful location, surrounded by a real botanical fragrant garden. The sea is extremely close, as well as important facilities such as a bakery, restaurant, pancake bar and training ground. The apartment is tastefully decorated, as is the entire facility. Everything is even more beautiful live. The prices are quite affordable. And very importantly, the hosts are wonderful people, so accommodating and unobtrusive. Mrs. Renata is a real housewife, by all accounts. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartments.

We stayed in Martina's apartment for the first time and we did not regret it one bit. The apartment was very neat, clean, fragrant. The owners were very kind, always available. Their yard is beautiful, lots of flowers, they have a small corner for our youngest, swings, and a slide. All amenities are really close to the apartment, which is very suitable for families with children. The plaza is ideal for small children. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet vacation, especially with small children.

Everything is as in the picture.. Clean, pleasant, comfortable, all inclusive... All you need is this... Toaster, kettle, oven, 5-gas stove, large dishwasher, fridge, freezer, you name it.. The owners are pleasant, whatever you need they are there. They take care of everything and find a quick solution for everything... Hats off... Then a bakery, fitness on the beach, games on the beach, markets on the beach, cafe and ice cream shop on the beach, pancake maker, toilet on the beach... All this from the apartment 150 m... World... The beach is small pebbles, and then at least 300 m of water a little above the knees... Ideal for children... In the evening after 6 p.m., you can walk around the Zaton camping resort park for free Here you can find inflatable games, merry-go-rounds, restaurants, markets... We'll get there

We can say that we had a nice summer vacation with the Peros family. Mr. Renata and Mr. Elvis are very nice and warm hosts. I can say that we rested very well and were pleasantly surprised by their hospitality. The apartment we stayed in was very neat and clean, which is very important to us. I have been vacationing in Croatia for 15 years and this is the best accommodation and the best owners. From the first to the last moment of communication, I give all the praise. The location is wonderful, the beach is right there, as well as all facilities. Very nice apartment with everything you need (no savings on anything). A fairy-tale garden that smells delicious. After many years in Croatia, we found a place worth returning to. The apartments are as clean as a tear, everything smells clean. Quality bedding, wipers, top beds. The surroundings are like from a fairy tale. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the sea and greenery. Beach across the road, bakery and restaurant too. Everything as in the pictures. Renata and Elvis are warm and cordial people who won us over on the first day. These are the real owners because you feel at home with them and the guest means a lot to them, not just money. I want to write about a wonderful experience. About great accommodation at a good price, great location and proximity to the beach and the best hostess ever!!! The accommodation is exactly as she presented it. I can't find any fault with him! Everything was impeccably clean and fragrant. We were greeted by an air-conditioned space, cold water in the fridge, tomatoes and flowers on the table and, most importantly, the big smile of the dear hostess. From the first day to the last, everything was in the best possible order. Renata was always available and helpful, and never intrusive! Just the way I imagine a host should be, if we want to be a desirable tourist destination. Because, for a summer vacation, only clear sea, beautiful surroundings, sunny weather and fun facilities are not enough! For the third year in a row, we have been trying to book accommodation in Martina apartments, and this year we succeeded (we booked in 12 months). I agree with all these positive comments and add that all landlords should emulate Ms. Renata and Mr. Elvis. Friendly, accommodating, unobtrusive, and the apartments and the surroundings of the house have been carefully arranged, down to the last detail. Everything impeccably clean. A lot of effort and work can be seen at every step, around the guests, around the house, around the garden, around the apartment. The price of the apartment compared to the one obtained is a clean 10, and we are from Croatia. The beach is across the road. Bakery, cafes and restaurant as well. We spent several wonderful days in Martina's apartments. From the first moment we felt at home. Nice, kind, friendly Excellent accommodation, beautiful, clean, luxurious, so the experience with apartment No. 5. Exceptional and accommodating owners of beautiful apartments, which are located right next to the sea and the Resort, which has absolutely all the facilities that are more than enough for a nice vacation. If you want peace and a beautiful oasis of greenery next to the coast and the beach, I definitely recommend coming to the apartments of the Peroš family! Our vacation in August would not have been nearly as nice if we hadn't booked with Renata and Elvis. The two welcomed us very warmly and we immediately felt at home. Our apartment was very, very clean and lovingly furnished. That very welcome to a chilled apartment full of welcoming signs delighted us. Holidays in Martin's apartments were one of our most beautiful thanks to Renata and Elvis, who are amazing people, bosses who try to do everything to satisfy their guests. The apartment is extremely clean and the only one all these years that had enough towels, dishcloth and all possible means of maintaining the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies. The location of the apartment is ideal-close to the sea and you have your privacy from other guests. After a long search for holiday apartments, we found the ideal one. All our expectations were met! We have only words of praise from the first to the last day. When we arrived at the apartment, Mrs. Renata welcomed us nicely, greeted us, showed us around the apartment, explained where the first store recommended restaurants. Kindness, 10/10 from the first to the last day and from the lady and her husband as well. The apartment as it was in the pictures was live, even more beautiful. Not to mention the cleanliness of the apartment. So clean and fragrant, darling! As for the kitchen, dishes and other things we had everything where I was pleasantly surprised because in the past we had almost nothing .. The surroundings of the apartment delighted us. Quiet place, silence, no noise which means a lot to us with two children. The sea view from the apartment is fantastic both in the morning and in the evening The location of the apartment is even better. Bakery and children's playground literally "under the nose", the beach is also very close a few steps literally. Namely, we have a 5-month-old baby and a 2-year-old baby girl. We carried a portable crib for the baby because we know a lot of suites don’t have a crib. We were pleasantly surprised when the lady told us that they have a cot and a feeder that we can use and we liked it the most. In the future when we go on vacation, we will definitely return to this apartment !! Therefore, if you are looking for a nice, clean and comfortable apartment with even kinder renters, Martina apartments are definitely for you !!!

We were very pleased with the accommodation, beautiful apartment, well decorated and equipped, excellent layout and very neat. The hostess is very kind and unobtrusive, and always available. Mattresses and pillows top quality. Great location! We recommend!

Mrs. Renata and her family are very kind, they offered us immediately upon arrival their garden with a beautiful tomato and everything else that is in the garden. The apartment is worth the money invested, we only blame the other guests, who did not know how to close the door properly, but did so with a huge noise, which did not let the rest of us sleep. The apartment is located in an excellent position in Zaton and I recommend it to families with children.

We chose these apartments because of the good reviews and because everything seemed great to us in the ad and that we will spend the year as we wish. The welcome to the apartment delighted us, everything was clean, fragrant and disinfected like in a pharmacy. In the apartment and throughout the house every detail and color matched. Everything decorated with taste and quality. The beach is very close as it was said. In the evening we go to a resort where there is great fun for the kids. The hosts Renata and Elvis are very kind and unobtrusive, very concerned about the comfort of their guests. We agreed on a cot, but in the apartment we were greeted by a feeding chair. All in all we will be coming back here every year because we have everything we need for a satisfying holiday. No one has yet mentioned that the price is realistic compared to what the apartment and the hosts offer. I decided on Dear Renata's Apartments by reading the comments on this page and I can say that each of them is absolutely correct. We stayed with them for 14 days, with our sons aged 5 and 1, and we really rested and enjoyed the hospitality of Renata and Elvis. We received fresh fruits and vegetables as a gift, our son played in the beautiful yard, the beach and the bakery are very close, and the hosts are always smiling and ready to help. A couple of days before leaving, I emailed Ms. Renata if they happened to have a baby feeding chair and a new chair greeted us upon arrival at the apartment. They also kindly lent us an umbrella and offered laundry, at no extra charge. The location is perfect: The shaded beach of the Resort is only a few minutes walk away, where we could find a nice place and around 11am, when we usually went to the beach. Every night the children had fun at the Resort at the children’s disco and shows. The apartment was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (even the Waffle Appliance have) I wholeheartedly recommend, especially for families with children, because as Mrs. Renata told us "Zaton is a city of children" and we are definitely coming back to him and to the Apartments at Renata & Elvis

Great apartment and hosts!

We spent a beautiful 14 days with Renata and Elvis with our two small children 10 months and 4 years. Both are amazing, nice, always advised, nothing was a problem for them. Almost every day they gave us something good from the garden, sweets for children, shells. The house with apartments is located in a very nice, well-kept garden with a children's corner. The apartment itself is spacious (maybe too much), kitchen well equipped (quality pots, dishwasher, oven, microwave), balcony, with sea view and the possibility of shading from the sun, perfect. The bakery is across the road, the sea is suitable for small children about 100m. We travel quite a lot and never return to the same place, but this time we will make an exception. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay and we look forward to seeing you in September.

We came to Apartments Martin on the recommendation of our friends who praised them so much that this year we decided to go to Zaton. Reading these comments we have nothing to add, because everything has already been written. Very clean and tidy Apartments. The view from the balcony to the sea delighted us every day. Beautiful decoration of the whole house and yard with lots of flowers. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment. Owners Renata and Elvis are very cordial and friendly. We will be back next summer with friends. We have no objections.

Cleanliness, excellent equipment, wonderful and kind hosts. Yes, these Martina Apartments are something to experience. The location is ideal, along the beach of the famous Zaton Resort. The apartments are decorated in the spirit of a good host so you feel right at home the first day. They are located about ten kilometers from Zadar, a beautiful historical town. Only thing is not good that they are always overbooked so it must be booked very early.

The apartments are in a super location, quite close to the beach, bakery and resort. In front of the house there is a large garden on which the daughter can play each day. We used three different apartments and each was a story for ourselves. Three families with five young children enjoyed each one in their own way. Excellent accommodation, close proximity to the beach (for small children excellent), close proximity to shops - hosts special - kind, communicative, ready to help in every situation. A delightful welcome from a housewife, welcome as in a 5 star hotel and more. The apartment is very clean and smelly (it could be eaten from the floor). Only a couple of steps away from the beach.Beaches, cafes and restaurants, children's playground all in a couple of minutes.From beach loungers , umbrellas, trees. Apartment and a whole house with taste. A garden like a fairy tale, beautiful flowers, lawns and fruit trees that we harvest. The children enjoyed the part of the garden with swings and benches. I am glad that after my annual, several trips to Croatia, I finally found a quality accommodation, fully accommodating my ideas about the holiday accommodation in Croatia. positives: -Purity. Everything really cleans (dishes, linen, towels, rooms, floor, entrance hall, surroundings) - Kitchenware, quality dishes, not a mix of everything. even a glass of wine, beer .. what in HR is not common in similar accommodations. - A lot of parking spaces on the owner's land. - Beautiful, well-kept and fragrant garden, vs lavender, rosemary ..... - Photos are real. - The owners are very friendly, but they do not bother. - Klud, there are 5 apatrman in the house but we had our own privacy, it was no noise, not even the outside. We received a cup of cherries from the home garden and a candy bar. Guests can pick up crops from the garden (vegetables and fruits). There are many possibilities for cycling. I do not know how smart I am to comment on the apartment and hosts, because it could stay without a pleasant stay at the wonderful hosts we have been in for a few years now. I think the comment says everything. An amazing place for summer holidays where we will come back next year for the next year. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet environment, amazing owners (such as our summer family). Beautiful garden, overlooking the sea, close to a fine restaurant and a bakery where we go every morning for a good breakfast. At the seaside there is a sandy beach so good for young children. It's nice when you are greeted by an extremely clean and smelly apartment. The housekeeper welcomes all praise. Nice and kind assistance when arriving in the apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated to every detail as well as the whole house. The courtyard is beautiful, full of flowers, fruits and vegetables that we have ourselves. The beach is across the street like a cafe, a bakery, a restaurant. Location is great, close to everything and far from noise. We've already booked for the events because this is our best vacation. All praise, my rating is great!

We spent a beautiful week in Zaton. The apartment is extremely clean and has everything we need. Plaza is 3 minutes away. on foot. It is very nicely decorated with umbrellas, sun loungers and a shower. On the beach there is a coffee shop with good coffee. So far we have been vacationing everywhere but we have never met such friendly housekeepers. When you asked everything very warmly and answered, everything can be done with it. From the garden we served fresh tomatoes, peppers, pears, apples, we got wine, cherry brandy ... we have not experienced it anywhere else. All too good

A warm welcome in the apartment. On a pillow of chocolate, flowers on the table. A gift at departure. The owner is very useful, cute. The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is very nicely furnished, clean and large with a beautiful terrace. The sandy beach and playground are across the street, as well as the campsite. The whole house is carefully and lovingly furnished and maintained as evidenced by a beautiful garden. Right Said Fred are friendly and approachable people who matter at all times available. Parking in the yard. I recommend to everyone, especially families with children.

I spent a lovely week at this property, which is very nice and clean, with spacious rooms and large terraces. The courtyard is beautiful, lots of flowers and a variety of fruit trees and vines. In the yard is a parking lot for cars in the shade. Masters are very friendly and always available for any need or information regarding what pleasant vacation. I hope to be back here to holiday.
