Apartment "Tica" Zaton with pool is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of a family house with a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in the small Dalmatian tourist town of Zaton, 12 km from Zadar and only 2 km from the old historical town of Nin. It consists of two large bedrooms equipped with satellite TV, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen that is equipped with all kitchen appliances, living room with a pull-out bed for two people and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and a large terrace. Guests receive free parking ticket at all local beaches in Zaton and in the area of the city of Nin. In the courtyard of the apartment there is a tavern with a barbecue and other amenities for a pleasant stay by the pool. The apartment is 800 meters from the beach (10 min. on foot, 2 min. by car). In the immediate vicinity of 30 m there is a restaurant, cafe bar, children's playground, market, bakery and tourist information office. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 nights.
