Apartment Family is located in a family house with 4 accommodation units, in a quiet part of town. It is located on the first floor of the house, and was renovated in the spring of 2022. It is in the immediate vicinity of TZ Zaton, shops, children's playground, tavern and bakery. Sandy beaches, which are an excellent choice for families with children, are a 15-minute easy walk away or a 1-minute drive by car. The apartment consists of: a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a living room, and an outdoor covered terrace. In addition to the above equipment, guests also have at their disposal a Smart TV, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hair dryer, a washing machine and the possibility of an outdoor grill. Parking is provided in the yard of the building. The apartment is an excellent choice for a family with one or two children. The published photos show the actual condition, and if you think that something is not shown and is important to you, please feel free to contact us so that we can provide you with additional information or provide additional photos.

The time of arrival to the apartment is possible from 14:00, and the time of departure from the apartment is until 10:00. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay, and the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. We were the first guests of the wonderful Garvanović family and we returned for the 3rd summer. Why are we coming back? The hosts are wonderful people who take care of absolutely everything. The apartment is neat, clean and equipped with everything. No exaggeration! We feel at home in it and everything is top notch. We no longer worry if we forgot something because we know we will find everything. Upon arrival, we are always greeted by the smiling and cheerful hosts Jelena and Darko. They always cheer up the kids with a welcome gift that they tell everyone about, and everyone is amazed and can't believe it's possible. In addition to the top interior, this year there were also innovations in the exterior design, a beautiful pergola was completed, new plants... We don't know if it could be better, but the Family apartment is certainly the best apartment we've stayed in. We are looking forward to next summer and a new reservation. This is the third year in a row that we have decided to spend the summer with the Garvanović family! There is no more shock, it is easy to get used to great things. Without thinking if we forgot to bring something. You literally need a bath and beach towel. You will have everything else at your disposal. From the fact that you don't have to overdo it with clothes because you can wash them, if you want to eat a hot sandwich you have a toaster, even when you think the kids' flakes will dry out, you will find a tick in the drawer. Absolutely everything is top notch. Year after year, they upgrade their offer and adapt to their guests. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a smiling Mr. Darko. The apartment is clean, beautiful, close to the beach, with all the necessary things. I just don't know what else to write that hasn't already been said. A royal welcome, like in a 5* hotel, fruit, drinks, gifts for the kids, everything is perfect. Darko even accepted some really small well-intentioned recommendations from last year. This really shows with how much love, gusto and attention Jelena and Darko run their apartments. Their rarely seen kindness and care for the guest is best described in the way they raised Laura and Petar, two extremely smart, decent and good children. As this is the second year that we have been guests, the kids - theirs and ours, and our moms too - have become real friends. And another nice detail that made us especially happy as plant lovers, is a newly planted olive tree in front of the house, two citrus trees and a beautiful large Japanese azalea behind the house, or in front of the gazebo. Any landlord who applied at least 50% of Jelena and Darko's approach would be extremely successful. But still, they are in a class of their own. Top class! We will certainly see each other next year. We had a very nice, relaxing holiday in the apartment and we would love to come back! The apartment is newly renovated. Everything is very clean and new. The landlord welcomed us personally, showed us everything in peace and answered our questions. We were greeted with chilled soft drinks, a fruit basket and a gift for our son. You could always contact the landlord or he would inquire about our well-being without being intrusive. The landlords and the entire house community are very child-friendly. We received lots of (insider) tips for excursions, beaches, sights and restaurants. The tourist office, a bakery, a supermarket and some restaurants are within walking distance. We can recommend the apartment and the landlord without reservation!

Apartment "Family" is the best apartment we stayed in! It is located in a quiet area, near a shop, bakery, tavern and children's playground. The apartment was perfectly clean, we were greeted with fruit and cold drinks, as well as a gift for the child. It is equipped with absolutely everything you could need (from basic foods, detergents, kitchen equipment), and even more. There is a large gazebo and barbecue available in the yard. Jelena and Darko are wonderful people, pleasant, cheerful and smiling, and they really thought of every little thing to make the stay in their apartment pleasant and relaxing. They should really be an example to all renters of how to treat guests, how the apartment should look and what it should contain. The apartment is extremely tidy, new, clean, beautiful and fully equipped - not only with equipment, we were awaited by a basket full of fruit, coffee, juice, milk, sugar, oil, detergent, dishwashing sponges, dishwasher and washing machine, vacuum cleaner , fen,.. Not that it isn't. Unbelievable! As a donor or even better. We were really impressed with both the apartment and the hosts. Jelena and Darko are pleasant, cheerful, polite and extremely caring. Comfort. We felt at home and a peaceful place. The children are very satisfied and would like to come again and say that the apartment is great and has everything, they felt like they were at home. Everything has a hairdryer, washing machine, kitchen utensils and toaster and everything. This apartment is the only one that has everything. We were thrilled. We enjoyed 13 days here at the beginning of July - relaxing on the terrace or a comfortable sofa. Since last year we were delighted with the accommodation and our wonderful hosts, Jelena and Darko, we had no doubts about where we wanted to spend our summer this year either. We were lucky and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This year too, everything was superb, from the very welcome, a wonderful clean apartment, a basket full of fruit, towels, coffee, milk, water, juice, spices... (the review would be too long to list everything) and gifts for the kids that delighted. We were even a bit embarrassed to use everything that the hosts made available to us. For years, we spent summers in various places in many different apartments (fortunately, we did not have any bad experiences), but we have not encountered this level of care for the guest and the hospitality of the host. That's why absolutely all recommendations for summer holidays in this apartment. The hosts try their best and do their best to make the guests feel comfortable and think of every detail. The kids are also delighted with the apartment, but also with Zaton, especially the beach. We also like the proximity of Petrčani and Zadar. Let it happen to us once, not an ordinary, bad shock (there were more than enough of them in previous years in apartments all over the country), but a positive one! I won't talk about accommodation, the people above said everything, 5+. So we were greeted by: fruit, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, quality dishes, a real pan on which you can grill steak, an outdoor charcoal grill, sponges, detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, an umbrella... everything you need! Incredibly! Thank you for everything, we will definitely see you again, although, according to the already mentioned comments above, we are already thinking about booking for next year. I hope that, along with future guests of course, some landlord will read these comments. You have raised the bar really high!

We can only praise the apartment and the hosts. The apartment is new, clean, beautifully decorated and equipped. The first one where we preferred to dine in the apartment rather than on the balcony. The balcony offers a view of greenery and spectacular sunsets. It is usually very quiet and peaceful. The host Darko is accommodating, communicative, cheerful, warm. Always available. Zaton itself seems to me personally like a large apartment complex with a nice promenade. If you are on vacation by car, you can quickly reach the surrounding towns and choose between the beaches in Nin (our favorite because of four-year-old non-swimmers is the sandy beach Ždrijac, where the shallow sea prevails for a long time), in Petrčani (for swimmers and people who like the shade), and nearby is the beautiful Zadar, a city that offers historical and original sights. The beauty of the apartment, the friendliness and warmth of the host, and the proximity of various beaches and Zadar are the reasons why we would love to come back again next year.

The apartment is beautiful! Modernly decorated, extremely neat and spacious and everything is the same as in the pictures. An added plus is the wonderful covered terrace where you can also enjoy. In the apartment there were enough towels, toilet paper, dishes, dishes... Many things were not waiting for us in previous years, which made us even more excited (such as coffee, spices, oil, vinegar, paper towels, kitchen towels, shower gels, detergent for washing dishes, milk, water and welcome fruit...) Kudos for that! The hosts are very nice, extremely hospitable and accommodating and pay attention to every detail to make the guests feel satisfied and comfortable.
