Cubo Apartments consist of four newly renovated apartments in a prime location close to the city center. The advantage of this location is that it is located in a quiet, green environment, and yet it is close to the center, which is only 10 minutes away by tram or car. Parking is free in front of the building where the apartments are located. Apartments Maksimir 1 and Maksimir 2 are located on the same floor (2nd) of the building, and Maksimir 3 and Maksmir 4 cover the entire 1st floor. It is surrounded by greenery and parks, and yet has excellent transport connections: The city center can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The tram station is a 3-minute walk from the apartments, and the train station is only 500 m away. Car parking is free on the streets, in marked parking spaces. Within 1 km of the apartments, there is the largest and oldest park Maksimir with the Zoo, four faculties and 2 hospitals (Dubrava and Rebro).

The rental price includes - tourist tax - cleaning of the apartment before and after your arrival, (The apartment cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels is carried out on a weekly basis and for each new guest. ) - clean bed linen and towels according to the number of registered guests, - All utilities including Wi-Fi and use of air conditioning. - First day basket including coffee, tea, honey and sweets, - various tourist brochures and information about restaurants and shops near the apartment, - Basic spices: salt, pepper, vegeta, sugar, oil and vinegar - toiletries: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap - a baby cot is available on request (Apartment Maksimir 2) and is free of charge.
My husband and I were guests in this wonderful apartment. Apartment is a nice, neat in my opinion is one of the most beautiful apartments in Zagreb. The hostess was friendly, and the apartment has all you need for a perfect stay in Zagreb.

Apartment Maksimir 2 was spotlessly clean, spacious, perfectly and design furnished, equiped with everything you may possible need. It is brand new an you can see it on every corner. It is better than on picture and this is unbelievable!!! Location is quiet, green and close to Zoo and Maksimir park (10 min by foot). Tram is just 2 minutes away. Marina was caring and polite host. Briefly, we enjoy every minute of our stay and we definitely come back soon.
