Apartment-40 is a 15-minute walk from Maksimir Park with numerous promenades, cycling, walking and running paths. The nearest tram stop is a 10-minute walk away towards Maksimirska Street or the Borongaj roundabout. For this purpose, the main square and the city center can be reached by tram in 15 minutes. You can reach the Main Station in a few minutes by fast light train, the station is 5 minutes from the apartment. A40 contains the following rooms: hallway, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and a multifunctional terrace divided into indoor and outdoor parts. The total net area of the apartment is 87m2. Guests have full autonomy of central gas heating. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a whirlpool bath, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Children are welcome, and we have additional entertainment equipment for them. We have ensured high standards of waste disposal and recycling for guests.

Payment for the service can be made in cash, by debit card directly to the account, via PayPal account if you have one, and by debit and credit cards on the SaltPay portal. Invoices are due and payable within the period specified on your invoice, counting from the date of the invoice. Apartman-40 is not responsible for typographical or other errors that you enter into the system. The invoice must be paid at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival, or 72 hours in advance of the defined check-in date at 4 pm. If you book accommodation in such a way that check-in is possible in less than 72 hours, proceed with the payment process immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. In this case, the amount paid cannot be refunded. All of the above applies to advance payment by credit or debit card. Please note that payment cannot be made by debit or credit card on site when you arrive at the apartment. In this case, the only payment method is cash, and all of the above does not apply in this case.
Residential tax is included in price.If you have paid the total amount of the reservation in one of the above-mentioned ways, except in cash, and if you cancel the accommodation 24 hours before the check-in time (4:00 p.m.), we will return the entire amount that was paid within 5 working days. For cancellation less than 24 hours before the check-in time, there will be no refund of the amount paid. To cancel, it is necessary to send an SMS or an e-mail in which the name and surname of the person canceling and the dates of arrival and departure specified for the reservation, i.e. the length of stay, must be stated.
