Modernly renovated, brand new apartment with private parking, located on the high ground floor of a small residential building of 5 apartments, in a prime location close to the city center, between Ravnice and Borongaj - the elite neighborhood of "Kolonije" - in the immediate vicinity of Dinamo Stadium, Zoo. Also near the tram station (2 min. on foot; 11 min. by tram to Ban Jelačić Square, or 6 euros by Uber.) Close to hospitals: Rebro/Merkur/Dubrava (6-10 min. by car) One of the most beautiful and greenest neighborhoods in Zagreb, full of children's playgrounds and sports fields. Peace guaranteed, because the apartment is located in a row of family houses. If you have a small child, we also have a cot available. Capacity: 3 adults, or two adults and two children.

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment! Fully equipped with everything we needed, we had several types of coffee, a coffee machine, a microwave, a blender, a toaster and even breakfast items.. We spent two days in this super nice part of Zagreb. Nearby are the hospital, shops, cafes, buses and trams. The hosts are not intrusive but were available for everything we needed and we are extremely grateful to them for that! I definitely recommend it! See you again!

I really like coming to Zagreb, especially for its peace and greenery, and because it is one of the few cities that has kept something of its old soul. That's why I was delighted to find this cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the large park Maksimir, in the peaceful Ravnice, abundantly decorated with trees. Once again, I emphasize peace and quiet, greenery, and the smell of cleanliness and the warmth of home that this apartment provides. The owner is a musician and an intellectual, erudite, gifted in many areas, and an outstanding conversationalist. And probably the only writer you will have as a landlord in your life. Safe parking is an added bonus. If you want to feel something like staying at Leo Tolstoy's estate in Jasna Poljana, this is the closest thing you will find in Zagreb.
