Villa Agram is located in a quiet street (address: Poljanička 2a) in the old Trešnjevka neighborhood of Zagreb. The facility was completely newly built and opened in 2018. Our guests are provided with free parking within the building and in front of it. Villa Agram contains 5 luxuriously furnished apartments. The nearest shop is 300 m from the building, while restaurants and cafes are about 500 m away. The Ljubljanica roundabout is about 800 m from Villa Agram, so guests can go to the center or another part of Zagreb by tram or bus. Tram no. 12, which runs directly to Trg ban J. Jelačić, arrives at its destination in just 19 minutes. Each guest is greeted with freshly washed and clean bed linen and a set of towels. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all bathroom accessories (toilet paper, liquid and hard soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, shower cap, bathroom slippers, comb, cosmetic set) and a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Payment is made in cash or by payment to a bank account, and when making a reservation it is sometimes necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total rental price. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The stay of larger groups of guests in the facility is allowed, but not for the purpose of celebrations and parties. It is mandatory to observe the house rules (silence after 11 p.m.), and guests are asked to notify the estimated time of arrival at the accommodation and information on whether they are coming with a car. On Fridays and Saturdays, the minimum number of nights is 2. For direct reservations, we grant a discount, and in the case of longer stays, an additional discount.

Within the facility, there is a small, private wellness room that contains a Finnish sauna (capacity 2 - 4 people) and a relaxation room with deckchairs and multimedia content, as well as a machine for preparing hot and cold drinks.
From the first call, everything was 5! Communication, owner, location, equipment (new object and all nice and new), cleanliness, parking - all for praise! We will certainly have a look for another time.
